Getting Over Negative Feelings After A Break Up Fast - The FAST FORWARD Technique

Well peeps, I realy want to tell you about this technique I discovered in a great guide i bought online not long ago. It is called "the fast forward technique".


It is about getting past the pain you feel after a break up. Yes, you all know the negative feeling. And yes, this technique can be used for other purposes also, but I will tell you guys later. For now it is about getting over the pain of loss, okay? Let me show you...





This technique must be performed at least 3 times a day, but it won't take long so don't worry about that. Afterwards you will be amazed what it does to you.





Here are the steps:





1. Feel your emotions. Feel whatever you are feeling and notice how and where you feel this.


For example you feel the pain in your chest or heart (this is why it is called a heartache).This feeling is not the same for everybody ,but it's a example. Now focus on your feeling and ask yourself the following question:





Can I allow this feeling? Or... Can I welcome this feeling?



Then answer it with a Yes or No. It doesn't matter what the answer is.





2.Ask yourself this: "Could I let this feeling go?" Again, a Yes or No is


acceptable.





3.Ask the following question : "Would I let this feeling go?"





4.Ask yourself : "When should I let this feeling go?"





5.Examine the feeling again. Do you feel a difference? Was there a shift in your feelings? This shift is different per person, but it is a sign of a small healing. So if you want to feel how your feeling is changed repeat the steps 1 thru 5 again.





Remember that this Fast Forward Technique will usually feel quite warm and soothing. It should not be a struggle.





You maybe want to do 2 or 3 sessions a day. In one session you might be repeating throught the steps 5 or 6 times.





Like I said...there are some more things you can use this Forwarding Technique for including:





Managing my feelings about:





- Quitting smoking


- Dealing with "snack attacks"


- Writers Block


- Sticking with my workout program



- Major arguments with my girlfriend
